Olympus E-30 is a very good camera for amateur photographers, but also for semi-professionals.
You can use the camera between the E-3 and the e-lane 520, although they strongly tend towards E-3.

I have the Olympus E-420 including the lens 14-42mm, 40-150mm and 25mm.
Final decision to buy for me were:
-The compact dimensions of the camera AND the lenses and the light weight
-the relatively low price
The high-quality appearance (design & processing)
